TQC21 LTD provides a video management and publishing tool that allows users to manage, schedule, and publish video content to their Facebook Pages. The service integrates with Facebook's Graph API to facilitate video uploads on behalf of authorized Page administrators.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account and access tokens, ensuring that all content you publish complies with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards, ensuring you have the rights to upload and distribute any video content through our service, and any activity that occurs under your account.
Our service is intended for use by Facebook Page administrators who wish to manage their video content. You must have proper authorization to manage the Facebook Pages you connect to our service. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish through our service. We do not claim any ownership over your videos, titles, descriptions, or any other content. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Our service integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook (Meta), YouTube, and other services. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy modifications made by these third-party services.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TQC21 LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
