How to Delete Your Data

TQC21 LTD stores all data locally on your device. We do not store personal data on external servers. Follow these steps to completely remove all data:

Step 1 — Remove our app's access to your Facebook account. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → Find "TQC21 LTD" → Click "Remove".

Step 2 — Delete the application and all configuration files from your device, including config.json, queue.json, and any downloaded video files.

Step 3 — If you need further assistance, contact us at quinnduongnz@hotmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

What Data Is Deleted

Facebook Page access tokens and configuration, video upload queue and history, downloaded video files and transcripts, all API keys and application settings.

Confirmation

Since all data is stored locally, deletion is immediate upon removing the files. No server-side data needs to be purged. If you email a deletion request, we will confirm within 5 business days.
