TQC21 LTD ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Facebook video management application.

2. Information We Collect

We may access Facebook Page Information (Page ID, name, access tokens), video content you upload, and usage data (upload status, scheduling). We do not collect personal messages, friend lists, or personal profile data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to upload and schedule video content to your authorized Facebook Pages, manage your upload queue, provide error reporting, and improve our service.

4. Data Storage

Your Facebook access tokens and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not store your access tokens on external servers. Video files are transmitted directly to Facebook through their official API.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information. Data is only transmitted to Facebook (Meta) for publishing, YouTube for content monitoring, and Soniox for speech-to-text (if enabled, deleted after processing).

6. Data Retention

We retain configuration data locally on your device for as long as you use the service. You can delete all stored data by removing the application files. We do not retain data on external servers.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures including local storage and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access information about the data we process, delete all locally stored data, revoke our application's access through Facebook Settings, and withdraw consent at any time.

9. Data Deletion

To delete all data: remove the app from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, then delete the application files from your device. See our Data Deletion page for details.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
